“A revived cellophane bag!” – such a thought first flashed through the heads of 56-year-old Steve Hathaway and 48-year-old Andrew Buttle, set off a couple of days ago to dive off the coast New Zealand Isle of Wight Island and unexpectedly stumbled there to a startling anomaly.
