The spicy soup on the menu of one of the Chinese restaurants has become the cause of a severe injury to a 26-year-old young man. Chock A dish full of different spices burned the unfortunate stomach. The accident occurred in the Chinese city of Wuhan. Unnamed the young man appeared in one of the local restaurants and decided to choose for yourself the most spicy soup of all available on the menu. This is true called mala soup, which is part of traditional Chinese diet. The man asked to bring him the maximum amount spices. Mala soup usually includes a local seasoning called Sichuan pepper, as well as a large amount of chili pepper. This the combination causes a characteristic feeling of numbness in the stomach, which many gourmets like. As a rule, cooks serve double plate, in which on the one hand there is soup itself, and on another spicy cocktail so that the restaurant visitor himself chose the degree of severity of the dish. Apparently, the unfortunate young man decided to enjoy the sharpness to the maximum. But already through a few minutes after eating spicy soup, the Chinese felt sharp abdominal pain, and soon he began to vomit blood. Ambulance help immediately delivered the victim to the hospital. Although he has in medical history there were no stomach ulcers or other similar problems with digestion, doctors immediately decided that the cause of the disorder is a soup that burned a hole in the wall of the stomach. It turned out that 15% of all incidents among hospital patients related to pain in stomach caused by eating too spicy foods. Especially since many Chinese restaurants today are replacing in order to save natural, more expensive ingredients cheaper and synthetic additives that repeat the taste of spices. Surgeons I had to carry out a complicated operation to sew the burnt through the stomach of a spicy food lover.
