German girl Emilia Grabarczyk (Emilia Grabarchik) from the city Witten became the tiniest baby who survived. At the moment she weighed only 226 grams, and her height was 22 centimeter.
Just look at the feet of this tiny baby (photo below) to understand how small it is. Almost none of physicians did not even expect that Emilia would survive, but the doctors went to such a step (artificial termination of pregnancy and extraction using a caesarean section) because there is a problem with placenta, as well as nutrition of the fetus. This was the only chance, and The girl’s parents agreed to use it. Maternity Pregnancy Emilia was interrupted at twenty-sixth week.
Emilia is nine months old today; she weighs a little over three kilograms and is practically no different from normal born child. However, even an experienced doctor in a children’s clinic St. Mary Bahman Gharavi claims that the baby survived only thanks to a miracle, or rather, to God’s providence. Apparently she was kind written to survive and go your way on Earth, despite such amazing birth.

By the way, the previous record among tiny surviving babies belonged to a child named Rumaisa Rahman. He was born in Chicago, weighed 235 grams, however, the growth was even smaller than Emilia – only twenty centimeters. So now these two baby sleeper can still to some extent argue for the primacy – who in his time was less …
Parents of Emilia Sabin and Lucas Grabarchik are currently very glad you were not afraid to use the chance to give birth to a full child, although they were very afraid then that the girl would not survive, especially in the first weeks after giving birth. But nothing happened, and they glorify God for this grace given to them from above.
Dr. Bachmann Gharavi explains that the case of Emilia in general unique, the fact is that babies weighing up to half a kilogram do not survive at all. Several cases of survival similar to Grabarchik and Rahman, in medical practice are considered an exception to the rule, and such exceptions are very rare. That is why Emilia nicknamed in the children’s clinic “little fighter”, because a lot in this matter depended precisely on her desire to survive – no matter what has become. It is only from the point of view of logic and an established view the kids seem to understand nothing and know nothing. AND they understand and know, and how they can fight for their survival …
