They conceived this original project back in 1992, today it’s twelve different platforms that are “given away”, for example, under the working studios of Katherine and Wayne, a guest house, dance floor and even under numerous greenhouses (half arch land), where the couple grows organic products for themselves nutrition. The name of this fantastic house on the water is Freedom Cove. The name is far from accidental, it was here that Katherine and Wayne found real freedom, but the marine concept is clear why – they live on sea.

All buildings are fully self-sufficient: they are given electricity by solar panels (there are fourteen of them) or, in in case of failure, diesel generator. Water takes steam to or from a waterfall that is not far from their floating home, or collects rain “gifts”.

Wayne Adams is sixty-six today carver who creates magnificent works art from ivory, wood and other ornamental materials, selling them at the local market of Tofino or decorating your own house. Katherine Adams is fifty-nine years old, she is an artist, musician, writer and even professional dancer.

The creative couple still continues to improve their unique dwelling on the water, but in your free time from this lesson – simply creates, good and the husband and wife are creative people.
