Walking on their own!
Lyon scientist Richard Demon claims that trents are capable of … breathe! True, very slow: one breath lasts from three days to two weeks. You can feel the stones and pulse, however, for this ultra sensitive equipment is required.
Together with biologist Bertrand Escolé, the Demon spent several hundred experiments. It turned out that the stones are also able to move! However, in two weeks the “test” cobblestone moved only 2.5 millimeter.
This could explain the riddle of the famous “walking” stones in California Death Valley, which has been causing for years interest in the entire scientific world. But, alas, the scientific world reacted to studies of French colleagues with cooler – too much their version looked implausible!
Romanian phenomenon
A whole “settlement” of tents was found in Romania. They have a round streamlined shape. Locals multiply. First on the stone there is a small growth that swells and falls off from the “mother” boulder. Brand new stone independent and growing fast. Active growth begins after the rain.

At first, researchers of trents suggested that they some special structure … But when several of them were sawn, it turned out that they consist of cemented sand and mineral salts.
At a section of boulders, scientists saw rings similar to those that visible on sawn trees. It turned out that, as in the case of trees, these rings indicate the age of the stone. It allowed suggest that trents are inorganic form of life!
Most trents are found in the Romanian region of Valcea. Local residents even make souvenirs from trents, which sell to tourists. Or you can “plant” stones in the ground and wait, when they start to grow …
In 2006, in the region of Valcea, in sand pits near the commune Costesti, the Museum of Trents was opened. His collection contains the most curious samples of local origin. The largest of them reach ten meters in height. “Exposition” in the open air covers the territory of more than one hectare.
St. Andrew’s Miracle
“Living” stones are found in Russia, in particular in Kolpnyansky district of the Oryol region. Massive rounded boulders periodically show up from the ground and begin to grow in the fields of the village Andre-evka. Interestingly, if the Romanians have a special reverence for they don’t test with their trents, then among the residents of Andreevka there cult worship of unusual stones.

Their ancestors were convinced that they were saturated with the power of the mother of the Earth, and if you touch them, you can ask for strength and health … Similar beliefs apply in other areas Russia, where similar stones are found.
The boulders of the Oryol region, like the Romanian ones, consist of pressed sand. But at the same time they are unusually strong, and they are difficult to smash. As a rule, no one touches them. Therefore for the period Oryol trents turn from very small pebbles in multi-ton megaliths.

Most likely, “living stones” are not only in California, Romania or in the Oryol region. Just the inhabitants of these parts were more observant. And if the version that boulders is confirmed really able to breathe, grow, multiply and move without any external influences, then we really should consider them like living things.
Then it cannot be ruled out that trents also have consciousness, and then potentially could be reasonable! Where did we get that we the only thinking civilization on the planet?
