Murmansk residents are confused by the fact that black dust of the unknown settles in the windows of residential buildings origin. They send their complaints to the regional authorities, RIA Novosti reports. In this regard, the committee of industrial development, ecology and nature management appealed to citizens with a request to report the occurrence of such cases in JSC “Research Institute Atmosphere”.
Currently, specialists are working on determining the source of black plaque, similar to soot or dust. Responsible for the work are employees scientific and methodological center of air protection activities of the Russian Federation under the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia, OJSC NII Atmosphere.
