Amazing science experiment performed by American researchers as part of the Fancy Food Stunts project, demonstrated one unusual quality of well-known garlic. It turns out, in order to feel the taste of the bulb of this perennial herb, do not necessarily put it in your mouth. It’s hard to believe, but for this purpose you can use the feet, which absorb garlic into your body.
Employees of the American Chemical Society report that discovered this remarkable property of garlic quite by accident. To conduct such an experiment at home, fortunately, is extremely simple. To do this, take a clove of fresh garlic, cut it into two parts and rub them abundantly on the bottom surface of one of the feet legs.
