At a depth of about one and a half kilometers in the Black Sea ancient Greek ship, which, as scientists have determined, no less 2400 years old.
An international team of researchers exploring the depths of this, in general, almost fantastic sea, which for the most part consists of hydrogen sulfide, for three years now engaged in such work as part of Black Sea Archaeological Project. During this time at the bottom of the sea a lot of interesting things were found, including flooded ships. However this ship, clearly belonging to the once ancient Greece, is simply unique find – it is the oldest in the world of those found in marine the depths.
Such an ancient ship survived only thanks to hydrogen sulfide, which filled the Black Sea, starting from a hundred meters (in some places a little more) from the surface to the bottom, why independent researchers even call this deep-sea pond a barrel of gunpowder that could explode at any time, causing planetary catastrophe.

The ship is 23 meters long, and its contours are practically completely repeat the drawing of the ship Odyssey on the famous ancient Greek vase of sirens (photo above). Ancient Greek ship discovered 80 kilometers from the Bulgarian coast of the Black Sea, found his underwater drone. Raise a ship or at least its main parts are not possible – all this crumble during lifting work. However underwater archaeologists and scientists do their best to research and save the little that allows the hydrogen sulfide of the Black Sea, preserving the ancient Greek pentekontor …
