Hyperborea – in ancient Greek mythology and its inheriting traditions legendary northern country, blessed habitat Hyperborean people. The name literally means “for Borea”, “for north. “Hyperboreans along with Ethiopians, feacs, lotophages, belong to the peoples close to the gods and loved by them. Same as their patron Apollo, the Hyperboreans are artistically gifted. Blissful life is accompanied by hyperboreans songs, dances, music and feasts; eternal fun and reverent prayers are characteristic for this people – the priests and servants of Apollo.
