Japanese scientists from the University of Yamagata studied new satellite images of the Earth, and, to their surprise, discovered two new geoglyphs in the Nazca desert.
– Nobody has ever found such images in Nazca! – rejoiced Research Director Professor Masato Sakai. – Drawings in shape resemble two human figures with large persons. This is very unusual because humanoid images uncharacteristic for this plateau.
The fact is that so far about 700 have been found geometric shapes, especially triangles and trapezoids, and about 100 spirals. There are few drawings of animals, birds, fish and insects – a little over thirty. And suddenly – little men!

What else surprised the researchers: the figures are smaller than the most famous figures of Nazca – only 14 and 12 meters. For comparison: hummingbird has a length of 50 meters, spider – 46, condor – 120 meters, and the lizard – 188 meters. Maybe these figures of men – someone’s drafts. And giants will appear soon?
“There was another draft,” Professor Sakai recalls. – IN January 2011, we found a portrait in the southern part of the plateau – human face with eyes, mouth and ears. The length of the picture is 4 meters and width is 3 meters. True, the image is pretty blurry.
