Prophecies of Nostradamus become clear only after”

What is the difficulty of deciphering quatrains by Michel Nostradamus? They are very symbolic, foggy and for the time being defy decryption. For this reason, his prophetic verses become understandable, most often, not “before” the described event, but only “after” his accomplishments. By the way, this was noticed by Michel’s contemporaries, what eloquently is told by a long-standing story about decryption of one of his quatrains.

Releasing his first quatrain collection, Nostradamus by the invitation of Henry II (as a famous astrologer, pharmacist and doctor) in 1555 he came to Paris. On the just released book Michel’s predictions then no one paid attention, since considered it a bad (not rhymed) poetry bordering on delirium crazy. Judge for yourself, because this is how the verse of Nostradamus sounded, which soon brought him great fame:

The young lion will be stronger than the old.

In a single battle on the battlefield

He will scratch the old lion’s eyes in a golden cage,

Why the latter will die a painful death.

At first glance, the purest water of rubbish, which is not worth even waste time. However, soon Henry II was satisfied with a large a holiday in honor of two major events at once: his double wedding daughter and younger sister and truce with England. And what a holiday in that time without a jousting tournament?

The tournament was held on the current Place des Vosges of Paris, the king himself took part in it. He grappled with the young Earl of Montgomery, without any fear for their lives, since knights on such competitions fought with blunt spears. However, as a result of the second spear of a young count who was suitable for Henry by age II in sons, broke about the royal gilded carapace, and a long wood chip pierced the king in the eye through the slit of the helmet, then came out from the ear.

Despite all the efforts of the then doctors, including Michel Nostradamus, Henry II died in agony. Before death he ordered not to punish Montgomery in the accidental death of his king. The count, however, was executed anyway: the killer of the king time was not supposed to. The accident itself made me remember the strange quatrain of Nostradamus – a prediction that is now no longer It looked absurd and incomprehensible. It all came together: and the age of both “lions”, and eye damage through a golden cage, and the death of the old rival in agony.

After that, the glory of Nostradamus, as a great oracle, increased so much so that, in the long run, it has stepped over the centuries. However, surviving to this day and still disturbing the minds of researchers the quatrains of the great prophet remain the same obscure verses. And only “after” the completion of some event described in the quatrain in the form of “crazy delirium”, it suddenly becomes clear what all is about this, and how exactly Nostradamus managed to foresee the future.

This is probably why the prophecies of the medieval astrologer and alchemists are almost useless in the desire of contemporaries to see in They are the future of their country and the world as a whole. In order to understand these quatrains, you probably need to be Nostradamus himself. However, we we cannot even say for sure in what state of consciousness this man composed his prophetic quatrains. Who knows if he knew himself, what did he write and what did he predict? ..
