Fifteen years ago, US National Intelligence Council “spawned” a secret document that predicted events in the world for the coming years – until 2015.
So, the main strategic line in US policy was aimed at dominating the world. In 2015 we will rule all over the world, predicted by American intelligence. And although on the current moment, America’s influence in the world remains very strong, her leading position has clearly shaken, especially considering that against it stood an even more powerful force in the person of Russia and Of China, and the dollar, as an international currency, has staggered a lot – about to collapse.
Russia will become a weak state and, most likely, will fall into small countries – this is the second main point of the secret document. how you see, and here the US special services were mistaken, as they say, guessed with exactly the opposite, they practically hit the sky with a finger.
As for Ukraine, the forecast turned out to be correct.
