Why the Apocalypse does not occur in any way, despite all sorts of predictions and even Christian or other religious miracles, indicating its approach?
Although the same Bible says that predicting the end of the world may only the Most High (and no one else, that is, no prophet, even the most powerful, not to mention homegrown oracles like modern psychics). However, people continue to believe that the second coming of the Messiah is about to come and the world will fail tartarara.

And if there is a need for such faith, there will certainly be persons who will certainly satisfy her, at least somehow: write a prophetic book, they will create a miracle, start a rumor and so on and so forth like that.
The end of the world, predicted at the beginning of the XIX century
In this regard, I want to recall one interesting historical fact. Back in 1806 in one of the small English towns, namely in Leeds, suddenly a prophetic chicken appeared that carried eggs with some mysterious inscriptions. But then one day she demolished egg with the inscription “Jesus is coming” (in Russian it will be – “wait second coming of Christ “), which shocked the inhabitants of the town. And then the chicken began to lay eggs only with this frightening the inscription.
The news of this miracle – the prophecy of the approaching Apocalypse – quickly scattered around, and the mistress of the chicken had to exhibit their bird for general display. Every time from her womb another egg appeared with the words “Jesus is coming”, a crowd of onlookers there was a massive panic: who cried, who prayed, who laughed hysterically, who tore his hair … The priests Leeds began to talk about the need to prepare for the end of the world. And people began to prepare …
However, there were skeptics at all times, it was they who spied on how the mistress of the chicken creates such miracles. And the woman just took the usual an egg, wrote the right inscription on its shell using acid, and then (before the demonstration of a miracle) stuffed him into the chicken’s oviduct – and all things. About what the townspeople did with the hoax, the story silent, chroniclers, by the way, did not always like to describe something similar if it did not carry the information necessary for the history.

Now imagine the modern possibilities for creating such “miracles”, and the Internet to spread false information. No wonder that something terrible happens in our world all the time, threatening us with the end of the world – from space, from military laboratories, where biological and chemical weapons are being created from aliens, even in the face of people tired of the Earth …

You did not notice such an interesting pattern: before (for example, at the beginning of the last century) they didn’t scare people with the end of the world more than once a decade, then more and more often. Nowadays this began to be repeated annually, then once a quarter, then monthly, and today almost every week, and even several time. Addicted to human fear and panic seem to getting bigger; predictions that never come true also. Does this really not instruct anyone? ..
