According to Roshydromet, a warm climate will be established south of the capital weather. The average daily air temperature will exceed the norm by 7-10 degrees. It will warm much in Kaluga, Ryazan, Tula, as well as in the Kursk regions. Heats the air also in Lipetsk, Voronezh, Oryol and Tambov regions.
In the northwestern region of Russia (in the Vologda, Novgorod, Pskov Leningrad, in the west of Komi, in the south of Arkhangelsk area) will also be warmer 4-5 degrees above normal.
The weather forecaster does not exclude that in the first days of March the weather in Northwest District may still return to normal, however strong frost in those parts is no longer expected.
