A resident of the American city of Dexter, Maine, set off recently walked through the surrounding forests and made outdoors quite a strange and surreal picture.
On a snowy meadow among the trees stood an ATM, almost brand new in appearance – as if ready to serve customers. Surprised the woman thought that someone had stolen the device and threw it away, therefore, I immediately called the police. However, law enforcement in in the end, no less than our heroine were puzzled:
- Firstly, there was not a single one on an evenly standing device scratches. Criminals actually have the ability to abduct ATMs and open them in safe places to withdraw money from there. However, in this case, no one had obviously tried penetrate the device;
- Secondly, there were no signs of people nearby and transport. It snowed in Dexter last week, and that’s means that since then no one has even approached this place. A because in a week one of the local hunters would have probably noticed from afar such an inappropriate object in the forest, and he seemed to have just appeared here, like a fresh mushroom after the rain grew in the forest;
- And finally, thirdly, law enforcement officers phoned all financial institutions in the state, finding out that not one company has disappeared ATM.
Detective Steve McFarland investigating this mysterious incident, admits that he never met anything like this, and law enforcement officers do not know how to react to what happened.
