Patriotism is a good thing when it manifests itself correctly. IN The United States, unfortunately, is more accepted to wave American flag and hate everyone who dares to say something about America bad. And on Independence Day, residents of a superpower in general lose their heads from patriotism – some in the literal sense of this the words.
July Fourth Twenty-two-year-old resident of Maine Devon Staples instantly went to that light when he lit on his head fireworks. Young man celebrated with peers day US independence and, hopping, decided in such an original way launch a pyrotechnic product into the air. At the same time, friends of Devon they didn’t even begin to dissuade him from this act, which cost the guy of life.
Staples placed a cardboard mortar tube on top of his head, which releases firework shells, and set fire to the wick. Young a person died on the spot from an extensive brain injury caused by pyrotechnic exhausts. Comrades instantly called ambulance, however paramedics arriving in ten minutes ascertained instant death from a head wound.
Relatives of Devon, hard going through the demise of a young man, threaten to sue his friends for refusing to help danger to man. True, it is not clear what claims to him, when the deceased personally set powder on his head product and set it on fire? Of course, young people could dissuade him from such a crazy undertaking, however, apparently, they themselves do not understand what all this threatens.
Someone on the web even joked that it’s better for an American now to die in such a patriotic impulse than to go to war, “defending the prestige of their country” in another patriotic frenzy – participating in a war against peoples who “oppose the American democracy. ”
