Inventors from the University of Chicago created an unusual bracelet, which completely blocks the work of nearby microphones. About This is reported by The New York Times.
The main idea of the device is to protect private conversations from wiretaps. The device has special sensors that emit ultrasound. If a person is not able to hear it, then animals, for example dogs, it is easily recognized.
According to the developers, all the microphones in the zone the actions of the bracelet are not able to record conversations, but only record noise. Estimated cost of the developed device 20 american dollars.
