Even Russians are already frowning at the fact that they are constantly on the street they grab some “tax collectors” for the folds and ask to donate a disabled person, then a child in need of treatment, then an orphanage …
So note that in Russia all this is still gaining revolutions. And what is it like to endure, say, a Briton whose country considered one of the leading charities activities. Donation Collectors – Misty Albion Chaggers the townspeople already got so hard that they literally began to write complaints to all authorities. After all, the British chaggers are not enough one-time donations, they are increasingly pestering citizens with a request (almost a requirement) that they agreed monthly transfer certain amounts to certain charities programs.
The obsession and sheer unprincipledness of fundraisers on charity is so striking that everyone a little sane person understands that a chagger is just on it earns (for the most part, chaggers receive interest from money requested from citizens), hence the irritation of the British, and even complaints to the relevant authorities.
Given the “wishes” of citizens, the UK government finally limited the activities of the chaggers. Now in most cities of the United Kingdom they can exercise their activity only three days a week and not more than five hours in day.
This decision was explained by a journalist in the government, part state control in such a sensitive field of activity as charity. In Russia, for example, Chaggerstvo can immediately forbid forever, because in fact it is the most arrogant deception gullible and kind-hearted citizens, whom we call very juicy – suckers (people deceived by hooligans). If you want to donate money for good purposes, for example, transfer to churches or to an orphanage, this should not be done through street beggars …
