We are used to the fact that exercise develops something in our body, strengthening our health. But it turns out there are exercises, there are only five that can be called probes for diagnosing this health itself.
Checking the spine and stomach
Lean forward while keeping your knees straight, i.e. without bending them. If you reach with your fingers to the floor, then from the spines and your stomach is all right.
Checking the sciatic nerve and genitals
Place your hands on the wall, making a sixty angle to it degrees (approximately, of course). Heels do not tear off the floor. Managed? So these organs are also in order with you.
Checking the kidneys
This exercise is already harder. Need to lean your back against the table, putting your elbows on it so that only the table itself is thumbs, the rest hang down. Face up, angle relative floor at thirty degrees. If everything worked out easily, then we can congratulate your kidneys.
Checking the liver
Since many of us have liver problems, this exercise not everyone will do it. But try it. We lay down on the floor, hands – along the body. Raise your legs and throw them over the head with with an aim to get the floor behind the head with your fingertips. However, you are not should feel no tension and discomfort.
Checking the intestines and ureter
We kneel down, then sit down on our buttocks on our lower legs. Further lie on your back from this position, without lifting your knees from the floor. It’s hard, isn’t it?
Your health diagnosis is over. Not very satisfied? Not trouble. Our internal organs are directly connected with our body, therefore, exercise in those exercises that you don’t turned out – and your diseased organs will return to normal. However, not forget to perfect the rest. The better it turns out, the healthier internal organs.
