You can make garlic ginger paste. For this we take two hundred grams of ginger root and three hundred grams of garlic. Root we clean from the top peel and pass through the meat grinder (we wipe on a fine grater), then all this again, we season in a blender, add hot pepper pod if desired and thoroughly mix.

You understand that you can take any quantity of products, keeping only proportions. Garlic paste is well stored, retains all the beneficial properties of garlic (and hot pepper too, which indispensable, for example, for the liver – it easily restores it).
