The Western world has embraced a new hysteria, which the English-speaking Journalists have already nicknamed “clown disease.” Who could to think that another misfortune in “civilized countries” will become not terrorist acts or some terrible virus, but clowns, True, not ordinary, but with criminal manners.
In the United States, Canada, UK and Australia hundreds of people appeared who dressed in motley clown costumes and walk the streets, scaring impressionable citizens. Mummers hooligans chasing people and passing cars, walk through cemeteries, look in other people’s windows and just stand on the sidewalks, forcing fearful compatriots to switch to opposite sides of the streets.

In the United States alone, police officers received over this month five hundred complaints about such “jokers”. Of course, by law no one forbids dressing in a clown costume and walking the streets, however American law enforcement officers are already so tired of these jokes that now immediately delay anyone who decides leave the house in a multi-colored outfit and with makeup or a mask on face.
Most often it turns out to be young people who have read about these raffles on the Internet and decided to join the universal “fun.” Teenagers claim that they do not want to harm anyone and just amused, a little scaring other people. Nonetheless, some clowns cross the line, literally attacking fellow countrymen and their own. And there are more and more such offenders.

So, in the English county of South Yorkshire, an unknown person, dressed in a clown suit, chased after a schoolboy and, when he realized that the child runs faster, threw a large stick after the boy. The stick hit the minor in the head, which is why the student got to the hospital where he had to stitch.
In Greater Manchester, a young man in a clown dress went on street with a chainsaw and, having got it, began to chase passers-by. This led to the fact that one woman had premature birth.

In Canadian Montreal, a clown entered the home of a lonely retired woman and chased her there until a frightened woman locked herself in the restroom. The cracker emptied the victim’s refrigerator and painted the walls spray can. When he left, a pensioner called an ambulance and complained of severe pain in the heart.
In American Dallas, a man in a terrible clown dress rode in the cemetery on a tricycle, breaking a few funerals. Eyewitnesses called the police, and the joker quickly retreated, however, when the law enforcement officers left, he returned and continued his skating among the graves, scaring the misunderstood American the inhabitants.
And in Los Angeles, a clown chased a car and smashed her back side window, and then tried to get into the cabin on the go. The driver gave in gas, and the attacker fell on the road.
