On average, thermometers 5-7 degrees exceed the long-term average values. Even Siberians felt the warming breath of the Atlantic – in the region happened significant weakening of frost. Of course at the end January-February, the temperature regime will begin to approach normal values, but the consequences of an abnormally warm winter in The Arctic will inevitably appear in the summer season of 2013: this further reduction in polar ice area and increase probabilities of development of blocking processes in mid-latitudes the planet.
