According to the authors of the study, the new the trend will have serious consequences. At least this inhibition of political and economic reforms and weakening political coalitions. All this shakes the foundations of the western civilization. It still plays a decisive role in the global development, but is rapidly losing strength under the pressure of new growing systems. Some indirect signs of the catastrophe are beginning to appear already now.
