Scientists have proved that the calorie content of dishes does not affect completeness or harmony of the figure. The mechanism of obesity turns out to be in a completely different way.

This conclusion was reached by a group of scientists from different countries after how they conducted a rather interesting experiment on laboratory with mice. The animals were divided into two groups and fed them one and the same same food, and mostly high-calorie and fatty. First however a group of mice ate strictly according to the clock, and the second when at will.

And what happened? Mice of the first group that “stuck mode “, remained slender and mobile, and the mice of the second group plump and obviously heavy (lazy).

From this we can make a simple conclusion: not calorie content food, and the process of taking it affects how it is absorbed an organism that is able to prepare for this, but only in if the power mode is maintained. Otherwise food does not have time to digest and just “shoves” through the body where horrible.

By the way, some scientists believe that our body generally takes very little food, so talking about calorie content or not its calorie content is all empty (from the evil one, as they say Christians). The question is completely different – how to deduce everything effectively what is eaten? The fact is that a person is generally constantly overeating. And if in childhood and adolescence it is relatively easy gets rid of the excess that enters the body, then over the years the cleansing mechanism weakens, and the person begins to gain weight.

It turns out that eating strictly by the clock somehow allows the body to better cope with the conclusion of all unnecessary and unnecessary what comes with food.

And finally, in the course of all these studies, scientists came here yet to which conclusion: you need to eat not only strictly by the hour, twelve hours a day (at least) you can’t force the body at all food intake – no calories. The best option for this is eight hours of sleep and another four hours after waking up. Can at this time drink, but only exceptionally clean water, because everything else – this is food (even tea and juice).
