Eternal bread is getting bigger the reality

A technology has been developed to protect it from mold during 60 days. It’s hard to find a person who is looking at the stale or moldy bread bought a few days ago is not I thought: they’d think of bread so that it would stay fresh and not moldy for many days! Photos from open sources Invented! American company Microzap from the Texas city of Lubbock has developed technology allowing the bread to stay fresh for two months! One of the most threats to bread is the fungus Rhizopus stolonifer, which forms a mold that can, fortunately, cause non-hazardous intestinal diseases. Most often, bread is wrapped in polyethylene. Wherein the moisture in the bread evaporates and precipitates as moisture on its surface. This in turn creates excellent conditions for formations of Rhizopus stolonifer. Even in the best conditions, bread manages to protect against mold at home for a maximum of 10 days, and in indeed, of course, it molds much faster. Essence of the new Microzap technology is that bread is placed in special microwaves that kill not only MRSA bacteria and salmonella, but also spores causing mold. Moreover, in order to protect the bread from mold, just keep it in special ovens only 10 seconds! New technology will get rid of huge waste. It is believed that in developed countries it is thrown away up to a third of dried bakery products. In the United States, BBC reports, it was estimated that the average American family throws out 40% of the bread. Each year, the waste runs up to 165 billion dollars!
