Professor Sam Chang, who once participated in the grandiose global project “Human Genome” (1900 – 2000), believes that over the past 20 years, genetics have advanced far forward, however, so far the answer to the main question has not been received – what constitutes the “garbage” of DNA.

Non-coding or garbage part of Non-coding DNA takes up to 97 percent of the DNA of terrestrial animals, while it doesn’t do anything at all encodes and its role is unknown. However, this “void” for some reason exists in DNA, chromosomes just fall apart without it.

To this day, the garbage part of DNA was considered a kind of archive, in which stores evolutionary errors. However modern computer technology, says the professor, allowed us to look at this problem somewhat different side.

In the course of computer simulation, it became clear that not one evolution is not able to make so many “mistakes” in the earth’s genocode: it would take trillions of years, not a billion. And still this is an archive, but not of evolution, but of some universal the programmer.

It seems, writes Sam Chang, that a common DNA was created that can be introduced into the animal world on any planet. On Earth, this DNA involved its part of the gene code, on another planet it will already be other part. But in general, the creators had on hand “a single software template “encoding proteins for all life forms, which can fit any conditions of a planet.

It turns out, the professor concludes, this one for many planets program is not written on Earth. We or spawn alien mind, or, as some suggest, live in matrix. And therefore the appearance of man on our blue ball has nothing to do with evolution …
