Seven years ago, Frenchwoman Isabelle Dinouard made the first face transplant in history. In a rare interview she talks about how she deals with curious looks passers-by on the street, and how she wants to get to know her family a woman whose face became her face. Dinoir was disfigured in the result of an attack by her own dog. For transplantation used the skin and facial muscles of a donor from the city of Lille, which the brain failed. She talks about what happened with shocking simplicity. Stammering a little, she recalls how in May 2005 tried to commit suicide by taking a lot of sleeping pills.
