Fedor Konyukhov, a famous Russian traveler, intends to go to the next round the world. This time a means movement will become a balloon, on which Konyukhov is going fly around the earth in two weeks.
In the case of the implementation of such a bold project, Fedor will be the first a man who will go around the globe on such a transport means.
Konyukhov is currently preparing for a grand trip, exercising in the sky over the Italian Alps. To obtain international license, it must fly twenty hours. But this only a small part of what is required to prepare for an unprecedented hitherto non-stop flight. In good weather, workouts pass twice a day. Master an unusual vehicle Konyukhov is assisted by an experienced Italian instructor Giovanni Aimo.
The balloon of a Russian traveler will be much differ from the usual hot air balloon: it will consist of helium-filled gas sphere and the shell in which hot air. In the afternoon, the ball will move due to solar heat: when heated, helium will expand, and the ball will rise to 11 thousand meters high. At night, when helium begins to shrink, the ball will decrease and move over the ocean by shaving flight.
Fedor Konyukhov intends to go around the earth in the southern latitudes – according roaring forties. His ball starts, as scheduled, from Australia to august. Two weeks later, he must return there, flying 35,000 kilometers.
In the meantime, the brave traveler enjoys alpine training.
