As you know, the year of the Fire Rooster came far from January 1, when the whole civilized world met its beginning, its coming to The East, for example, was expected, as it should be on the Chinese calendar, only January 28th.
And now, to this significant date for the people of China, at the end last December, a Chinese man was going home to Qiqihar (according to his request, the name of the hero of this note is not called), employed in the city of Rizhao. It was no coincidence that he did this in advance, since the distance from Rizhao to his hometown was almost two thousands of kilometers, and to overcome this long journey, a man gathered on the bike. No, he was neither extreme nor amateur bicycle trips, just the Chinese did not have money for railway transport, and even more so by air, and get to New Year in the circle of his family and friends really wanted to. Here he decided on such a long journey, considering that for a month will certainly overcome these two thousand kilometers.

So, the bike trip has begun, and at first it’s pretty successfully. A man was slowly riding his two-wheeled friend, opportunities, all day, stopping to relax and a bit take a nap in appropriate democratic cafes. His policemen stopped the advance to the house, stopping the unlucky cyclist on a highway on which traffic was prohibited on this type of transport. However, learning about the purpose of the Chinese travel, the police were very surprised because the man, as it turned out, was driving in the opposite direction from his town Qiqihar, and has already overcome more five hundred kilometers.
But it all ended well, the police took pity on a man, threw him a train ticket and sent him home by train – along with the bike (purchased on it a separate luggage ticket). And the Chinese, of course, had time for the New Year to meet his family and friends, he even arrived at Qiqihar is much earlier than planned. Now he has to the road back, however, to Rizhao, as the journalists specified, he will go again by train, not by bicycle: relatives found him money for the road …
