Physicists and engineers from the famous HAARP project in Gacon, Alaska successfully generated a high-density plasma cloud in the upper atmosphere of the Earth. “Former artificial plasma clouds only lived ten minutes or less, “says Paul Bernardt of the Department of Space and Plasma Use. “It the denser cloud lasted more than an hour and only disappeared after the power was cut off through the radio beam HAARP “.

This sequence of images shows glowing high-frequency plasma discharges HAARP transmitter over Gacon, Alaska. These glowing discharges in upper atmospheres were generated as part of the DARPA project on the study of the properties of the ionosphere (BRIOCHE project) to study ionospheric phenomena and their impact on communication and space the weather. Using a 3.6 megawatt high frequency transmitter HAARP plasma clouds are created and investigated at an altitude of about 50 kilometers below the natural ionosphere and can be used to reflection of radar radiation and communication signals. The present the purpose and objectives of these experiments are kept secret, but the HAARP project is seen by many as an attempt to create experimental weapons affecting climate and natural electromagnetic fields of the earth.
