It was such a miracle that happened to a man (the name has not yet disclosed), accidentally torn off a cliff and dropped into the water at Entrance to the Balaklava Bay. But at this moment, as on purpose, by a skiff floated, whose captain hastily picks up the unfortunate and calls the Ministry of Emergencies by phone.
