Japanese scientists say: the speed and depth of memorization of information depends on the time of dayA photo from open sources

According to Ferra News Agency, Tokyo scientists University, after conducting a rather interesting study, came to to the conclusion that the memory of any animal (including humans) works during the day far uneven.

It turns out the speed and depth of remembering any information best in the morning. And although Japanese scientists checked everything it is on laboratory mice, they are sure that in general such the biological rhythms of the day are subject to man.

And the mice showed the following. If they were shown some subject and then – repeatedly, then animals, as it turned out, are better remembered if the first time he was seen in the morning (the second time no longer important when). It was determined quite simply: how much time the mouse spends to remember an item.

By the way, to the question, how does this theory apply to people with different types of biorhythms (“larks” and “owls”), specialists University of Tokyo explained that, in principle, such a separation doesn’t exist at all. Any person thinks better and clearer in the morning, and that means, and can remember information faster and deeper into these morning hours. And get up late (as well as wait late at night) – it’s more a habit of “owls,” a very bad one than some congenital biorhythms.

In any case, we must understand the statement of scientists as follows: whether you at least a “lark”, at least a “night owl”, but prepare, say, for an exam better in the morning than in the evening, and even more so at night. True, a study of employees of the University of Tokyo – this is all only laboratory experience, and draw far-reaching conclusions from it, especially about man, it’s too early …
