But scientists at the University of the Arts in Bern, together with the famous cheese producer Beat Wampfler conducted an experiment that shows that music affects even cheese during its ripening.

Researchers during the six-year ripening of the Emmental cheese, dividing it into several parties, exposed them various music, ranging from classics, including Mozart’s works, and ending with the most modern genres of this art.
