Residents of American Santa Barbara in California faced recently with a strange mystery. They began to discover on the local roads incomprehensible bundles of dark hair: either human or equine.
Although the exact number of these beams is unknown, their so many are scattered around the city that journalists easily found a few pieces illuminating the mysterious finds for the local television. At first it was assumed that hair could be artificial, but some daredevils who did not disdain touch them, unanimously concluded that they are natural, natural.
Someone thinks that perhaps the hair was intended for charity donation (e.g. for making wigs for cancer patients), however lost during transportation. According to another theory, we are talking about someone unusual draw. That’s just where the alleged joker took so much hair, even horse-drawn, no one can to explain.
