In the Moscow region there is a testing ground of VNIC All-Russian Electrotechnical Institute (High Voltage Research Center), where in the last century they tried put into practice the ideas of Nikola Tesla.
Most likely, the task was to create a super-powerful weapon, which has no equal on Earth. Therefore, it’s not even clear how it will be it’s more correct to call it all: either Tesla’s ideas come to life, or ideas Tesla – to death? This complex was built in the seventies of XX centuries and among the people immediately acquired the name – “Installation of Tesla.”
