To understand the true processes that influenced Earth’s rotation, we took into account not only the cycles of the Serbian astrophysicist Milutin Melankovich (influence of the Sun and the Moon), the theory of “orbital chaos “of the Paris astronomer Jacques Lascar (numerical studies the evolution of the SS planets at huge intervals is meaningless), but also studied stones, one and a half billion years old, for example, sedimentary rocks of the Syamaling formation in the north of China, as well as Samples from the Whale Range in the South Atlantic Ocean. Thanks to this, we have developed a new method that allows correlate certain astronomical data with geological finds. All this will help us to “look back” into the distant past of our planets in order to better understand the causes of today’s climate changes.

However, as many experts note, from an article by Meyers, where he with such aplomb calls the figure of the Earth’s rotation and a half billion years ago (18 hours 41 minutes), it’s not clear how this will help us to understand today’s geological and climatic processes on the planet. Moreover, the rigging of facts alone and explicit ignoring other, many scientists were simply puzzled: why is this study was it necessary at all?
