In Russia, they want to introduce a law according to which drunk drivers will be fined in full – up to several hundred thousand rubles, or they will simply confiscate their cars, not to mention on the suppression of any opportunity to restore rights to car driving.
According to representatives of the Ministry of Finance, which came up with this initiative, modern miserable fines for drunk driving for many drivers mean nothing. But because the drunk driving continues prosper.

Note that according to world statistics, Russia occupies one of the leading places in terms of road transport incidents. And the main reasons for this are not only bad roads, as Russian motorists love to fuss, but also the folly of the drivers themselves, as well as their driving in drunk.
