The spot that created the monstrous ejection of the coronal mass, turns to Earth, reports spaceweather.com/.
A spot capable of powerful eruptions is about to turn into that side of the Sun, which is facing the Earth. Spot has appeared 14 October throwing spectacular fireworks over the southeast limb of the sun:

The main explosion was hidden behind the southeastern outskirts of our stars. Even being eclipsed, however, the flash was so strong that it is assigned an M2 level on the Richter scale of solar outbreaks. The actual estimate must be larger, and even, maybe X-class. NASA Solar Dynamics Observatory recorded trash on extreme ultraviolet recordings, flying over the limbs of the sun:

Within a few days, the place of the explosion should appear in that parts of the sun where we can see it from the earth. Then analysts can examine the magnetic field of the spot and evaluate its potential for future eruptions.
