From the fifth to the twenty first of August in Rio de Janeiro will be held 2016 Summer Olympics. As you know, Russian athletes and rowers try to forbid participation in competitions, however, perhaps our athletes should not particularly grieve. Brazil literally shocked the world community with a terrifying state of their water, where the Olympians should soon swim.
In Guanabara Bay, where sailing competitions will take place sports, triathlon and, most importantly, swimming, last week found a corpse and a severed human hand. Biologists taking from here water samples concluded that the infection rate in the bay exceeds the permissible one million seven hundred thousand times! In ponds not only bodies swim, but also feces, garbage and dangerous bacteria. In some places there is so much waste that they cover the water in a continuous layer, and on such “floating islands” hordes of rats are running.

Serious illnesses threaten not only one thousand four hundred athletes, but also to numerous tourists on the beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema. The levels of dirt and viruses here are so high that just three swallowed teaspoons of water can cause severe inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory system, heart and brain. Of course, it all depends on immunity human, however, the Olympians should not take such a risk. Athletes already getting ready to put on special plastic suits for the whole body, so as not to come into contact with sewage. Needless to say that this caused a real scandal in the International Olympic Committee.

Three hundred to five hundred thousand tourists who come to Rio de Janeiro should also be outraged when they are informed that swimming in the sea is extremely dangerous, to say the least – just not allowed! Even the sand on the beaches is teeming with pathogens microorganisms, and letting children in here would be great stupidity. However, adults have nothing to do here …
Local officials shrug their shoulders but cannot explain why they did not prepare the city for the Olympics.

It is worth noting that the problem of wastewater went to the Brazilians in inheritance from the colonialists. Even on the most elite and popular beaches you can occasionally see stinking dark “languages” sewage that come here due to the lack of full Sewers in the cities of Brazil.
