In the Russian Federation, a meeting of the Military-Industrial commission, which voiced many promising ideas, concerning the future of our army. Among them was a concept futuristic military transport aircraft under the name “PAK TA”.
In theory, this plane, more similar in appearance to space the ship will be able to reach speeds of more than two thousand kilometers in an hour and exceed a flight range of seven thousand kilometers. Wherein its maximum carrying capacity will be two hundred tons. The program to create such a transport is designed for ten years. During this time, Russia will build eighty aircraft for delivery personnel and heavy military equipment where there is no access to to the sea.
Among the priority cargoes that will be transported by PAK TA, new Russian Armata tanks enter, along with other vehicles on similar platform, multiple launch rocket systems, complexes air defense, as well as missile weapons, including nuclear warheads.
The cargo compartments of this miracle of technology will be multi-level, designed for automatic loading. Staff and equipment will be able to land from a military transport aircraft to any the terrain.
Only a few of these vehicles will be able to transfer to war zone of the order of a thousand armored vehicles “2S25” or up to four hundred Armata tanks.
