Anyone who reads this heading will think: who determines how much is how much and how little is it? This time determined American scientists.

They conducted an experiment and concluded that you need to sleep six to eight hours a day – depending on the needs of the person (we are all different). Moreover, in summer you can sleep a little less, but in winter sleep is increasing.

Almost ten thousand people participated in the experiment, in these were mostly elderly Americans (average age sixty years). Moreover, the experiment took about ten years, during which more than three hundred people have left our world. All this allowed sleep researchers to conclude how duration it affects the risk of becoming a victim of a heart attack.

It turned out that those people who just love to sleep (sleep more than eight hours a day) at risk of suffering a heart attack by 47 percent more than those who adhere to normal sleep.

But those who lack sleep (sleep less than six hours a day) are at risk of dying from a heart attack at least four times more often.

From this we conclude: you need to sleep, adhering to the norm. IN reasonable limits allow you to pamper yourself in the arms of Morpheus, but neglect his “affection” is not worth it. People do not save on sleep! From this life can only become shorter …
