We are already accustomed to the “undeniable truth”, which is the most useful for Our bodies are raw fruits and vegetables. Accustomed because that around and everywhere we hear about it.
And conversely, the dangers of thermally cooked food today speak more and more, especially raw foodists, although they statements, by human standards, are no more true than, say, the doctrine of the benefits of vaccination, which in the middle of the last century was considered indisputable. But some time passed, and the scientists themselves oppose vaccinations.
With raw vegetables and fruits, the picture is something like this today, many researchers show us that even in heat-treated vegetables and fruits nutrients anywhere do not disappear, and if something is lost, say, easily destructible vitamin C, then it is replaced by no less useful trace elements that are simply not present in raw foods or are there very little.

This distinguishes, for example, everyone’s favorite tomatoes, carrots, garlic and even spinach (see more details about this video), not to mention that such a unique vegetable (cheap cleaner liver, kidneys, blood vessels and the whole digestive tract as a whole), as beetroot, equally useful both in raw and thermally processed form.
In this life there is nothing established once and for all, and because if raw food eating has suddenly become fashionable today, it’s not at all means that it is useful exclusively to everyone, and raw vegetables and fruits superior to boiled, stewed, not to mention dried. IN Everything is relative in this world, and our knowledge about it is constantly changing, and therefore the truth of yesterday most often becomes a lie of the day today. Or let’s just say, it’s not quite true, erroneous to one degree or another …
So we draw conclusions and revise our attitude to heat-treated products, especially since they are most often (and especially vegetables), much tastier after that processing …
