More recently, abnormal frosts and snowfall hit the United States. Now from America come new astounding news: fallen on continent, the snow does not melt when heated, but blackens and melts, like plastic.
Residents of different states conducted an experiment when one of users posted on YouTube a video in which he is trying melt the snow. However, it does not turn into water, but becomes black and melts. Such an anomaly was recorded in various corners of the United States. Strange snow nicknamed “geoengineering”
