Eight students from the National Engineering Department University of Singapore presented their unique development – unusual drone-like aircraft that runs on based electric motors.
The guys from Singapore designed and developed a personal aircraft “Snowstorm”, which is translated from English means “blizzard”. The drone-like device is installed in the light hexagonal frame that quickly rises into the air with two dozen electric motors. Project Manager and Author ideas Jörg Weigl stated that he wanted to build a unique apparatus, which will help many people fulfill their dream of flying.
Unfortunately, at the moment, due to certain legal restrictions aircraft Singaporean students may Use only indoors with take-off space. But the team intends to finalize it to the end and put into serial production for use on open spaces.
