After the arrest of the suspect, it turned out that the Frenchman married on a Russian woman in Moscow, and so the couple decided to get around the problem of the girl’s lack of documents allowing her to enter Schengen country. The woman recovered from the suitcase was completely unharmed, she only looked extremely embarrassed. She was immediately asked if she was the victim of an abduction, however, the girl admitted that did it voluntarily at the suggestion of her new husband.
So an unusual trip of a married couple from Russian Federation in the French Republic ended already in Poland. Behind attempt to illegally cross the border of the European Union Russian woman and Frenchman must be punished. So criminal an attempt can cost each of them three years in prison.
