Scientists have managed to create a device that can transmit magnetic field from one point to another.
In science fiction, the wormhole most often provides special portal for instant movement between two points space. Unfortunately, for modern science it is not yet possible create such a wormhole, but still during scientists from Catalonia (Spain) managed to invent a unique device capable of performing such operations on magnetic field. “With this device we can move magnetic field from one point in space to another through invisible magnetic paths, “said a co-author of Research Jordi Prat.
Despite its name, the created device is not full wormhole. Most likely it reminds invisibility cloak. “Seen from the point of view of magnetism, then we managed to create a magnetic field through which magnets pass from one end to the other, “says Prat. Scientists believe that this unique development in due time will find wide application in medical industry and will be used to conduct more deep and high-quality MRI studies.
