62-year-old Patrick Ryan is arguably the most prolific a criminal in the history of mankind. At least on my homeland in the United Kingdom, he definitely holds a record for the number of offenses committed.
The first Englishman was imprisoned at age 14 and after that many times he was released, but in the end invariably coming back to jail. And now, he was again put on one and a half years for the record 668th crime.
Patrick’s criminal records are so long that the cops in Accrington, Lancashire, forbidden to try them print out. This would require a huge amount time and hundreds of sheets of paper. In total, the man stayed in imprisoned for more than 30 years, and its contents cost British taxpayers many millions of pounds. Nonetheless, even at such a respectable age, Ryan is in no hurry to improve.
Patrick committed his last violation of the law only 3 days after release. The man got drunk, got on the bus Accrington, where he publicly urinated on the floor. Then he grabbed by the chest of one of the women who began to resent his unworthy behavior, left the car, got on another bus, where again shamelessly met a small need. Judge acquainted with case materials, without hesitation sentenced our hero to 18 months imprisonment.
Judge Andrew Jeffries reports that Ryan has repeatedly committed theft and assault (including sexual), as well as dealt with fraud. However, this person is not difficult to guess is by no means the most dangerous criminal in the world. At least he hadn’t killed anyone or even crippled. More often the whole Briton was arrested after he visited restaurants, ordered there the most luxurious dishes and refused in the end for them to pay. In addition, our hero often visits alcohol shops and supermarkets, where he opens bottles of booze and uses it on the spot, again not wanting to pay.
According to prosecutors, Patrick feels great for lattice, and in the wild behaves as he pleases, since not afraid of detention and even seeks him. Man not demonstrates any remorse and desire to become a full member of society. Ryan is so fed up to law enforcement authorities that after serving the current term they intend to start forcibly treating alcohol addiction and maybe mental disorders, if any, in the Englishman found.
