Residents of the American city of Jackson, Mississippi, recently encountered a very unusual, but at the same time, it seems completely harmless mystery. An individual or group individuals began to leave potato plates at night puree in the most unexpected places: on the hoods of other people’s cars, on the thresholds houses on mailboxes. The number of “victims” of the so-called “potato maniac” is in the tens, and many of them live away from each other.
Of course, many citizens immediately suspected that mashed potatoes could to be poisoned, and if their pets eat it, then worth the trouble. In the USA, as in some other countries, throwing poisoned food through the streets is a crime. By however, when local residents turned to the police, analysis revealed that no dangerous substances in the mysterious potato dishes are not contained. Perhaps this is someone else’s extravagant joke or something much stranger and more unusual.
