Charlotte is considered the smallest girl in the world. IN this month she went to first grade primary school (in western countries is about the same as the older group of kindergarten). A tiny girl with a tiny head and slender arms and legs are more like a doll and look unusually fragile. Charlotte has the so-called form of primordial dwarfism (Primordial Dwarfism), and so rare that doctors have for her there is not even a special name.
