Andrey Rodichev, who is a famous athlete-powerlifter, set an unprecedented record by raising a seventy-five-kilogram bar to the top of Elbrus.
The idea was: not just to lift such a heavy barbell on the highest peak of Russia, but also leave it here in the form monument-symbol of the amazing possibilities of man.
However, despite the severity of the sports equipment, the complexity ascent to this peak and even descent from Elbrus, already through for several days the bar managed to steal. Even that the shell on top was not just left, but was fixed on the mountain with using special locks.
As Andrei Rodichev himself noted, it turns out that the thief specifically preparing for such a black action, if he took with him special instruments. This is not a simple climber who accidentally saw expensive sports equipment and grabbing it like this insidious and even arrogant thief.
Indeed, the thief was not just insidious, but also cynical. He not only stole the monument bar from Elbrus, but also posted on the Internet his photo in which (covering his face with a mask) descends from the top, taking with him a barbell. On the shoulder is his vulture shell, and he drags pancakes with him on a rope.
The reasons for the theft are obvious: such a bar costs about one and a half thousand dollars. Andrey is going to file a complaint with the police because this is his property, besides a gift from friends. He even agreed with them, is it possible to pick up such an expensive gift and leave it on Elbrus, and his dear people gave their consent. And none of them it didn’t occur to anyone that someone was planning an abduction at that time monument-symbol for their own selfish purposes.
Of course, to find and punish a thief in this case is a holy thing, since he encroached not just on the property of Andrei Rodichev, but on holy. As one of the movie heroes said, it’s not about money, it’s just a shame for the power …
